Request for modification of test reports.

In accordance with the provisions of the European Co-operation for Accreditation (EA) – Resolution EA 2014 (33) 31 – BIOSAN S.R.L. applies the following procedure for requests to modify previously issued test reports. 

Not allowed

It's not possible to change:

• Sample's name

• Trade name of the product. 

• Brand, manufacturer, or batch number. 

Even if reference is made to the original report, a change in these details requires a new sample and new analyses. 

Allowed modifications

Only if they result from:

• Laboratory errors (e.g., incorrect transcriptions)

• Client errors (e.g., inaccurate descriptions), as long as they do not alter the identification of the product. 

Waiting times and procedures 

Requests must be submitted within the deadlines indicated in the order confirmation and only via email.
Late requests or those sent through different means will not be accepted.

It is recommended to carefully check the acceptance report sent at the time the sample was received to promptly report any errors.
